As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the medical office/hospital. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.

We are looking to employ a dedicated and skilled X-ray technician to take quality x-rays of patients’ bones. The X-ray technician's responsibilities include monitoring radiology supplies, attending mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, and ensuring that the x-ray machines are set at the correct radiation levels. You should also ensure that all x-ray rooms are clean and tidy at all times.

As a Patient Service Advocate, you will be responsible to help resolve patient issues pertaining to claims, benefit referrals, physicians, and access. You will also be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, entering patient information into information systems, and resolving caller's issues with outstanding customer service skills.

The Billing and Collections department is responsible for the creation of claims, reimbursement follow-up, denials, customer service, cash flow, and receivables as assigned.
